Neighborhood Fair Summary
Summary
What: Neighborhood Fair
When: June 4, 2005, 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Where: Parking lot of Church of the Foothills
This fair had information booths from city departments, units, agencies, and community service organizations.
The Pasadena Fire Department brought their fire engine and let kids climb on it and cooked free hot dogs.
Victory Park summer programs helped with fun stuff for kids.
East Eaton Wash Neighborhood Association provided free balloons, held a free raffle, had a petition for support of changing the park name, and had some free giveaway items.

Raffle Prizes
There were 39 free raffle entries for 29 raffle prizes.
Raffle prizes were generously donated by the following:

- 4 sets of hand-crafted earrings
- Magic Growers, 2795 Eaton Canyon Rd.

- Mexican Bush Labelia, May Night Sage, Yellow Gem Kangaroo Paw, Orange Bulbine

- antique table lamp, small antique table, new porch light, matching used lawn chairs
Additionally, Pasadena Federal Credit Union provided key chains, 7″ rulers, and notepads for free giveaway items.
Volunteers to Thank
- Rhonda Stone – for her organizing work rounding up exhibitors, raffle donations, pop-up tents, tables, food, water, balloons, neigbhorhood reminder sign, etc. and coordinating at the event.
- Church of the Foothills – for allowing us to use their parking lot, tables, chairs, and miscellaneous items for the event
- Victor Gonzalez – tables and various items, transporting stuff, set up and tear down
- Kathy Vacio – ice tubs, set up and tear down, inflating balloons, manning the EEWNA booth

- Pasadena Fire Stations 32 & 37 – bringing a fire truck, helping cook hot dogs, and generally lending a hand.
- Rhonda Stone’s son Evan and his friend – set up, tear down, picture taking, and general assistance in between
- Cynthia Gonzalez – neighborhood reminder signs, raffle donor request e-mail
- Marie Taylor – obtaining pamphlets from Pasadena Police Dept.
